Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for developing and executing a wide range of CRO activities on our website
  • You identify the individual needs from the customer experience point of view and consistently work on our conversion optimization strategy
  • You analyse and monitor customer behaviour data to spot relevant trends to derive A/B tests
  • You convey your testing ideas through concise written briefs and wireframes and develop project suggestions
  • Your work closely with team members and key stakeholders to prioritise and plan experiments
Your profile

  • You have at least three years of experience in the field of marketing with a major in performance marketing
  • You successfully completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business and/or marketing
  • You have excellent analytical skills along with an outstanding communicative and hands-on mentality
  • You stand for a conscientious, reliable and collaborative way of working
  • You are familiar with using Google Analytics, the Google Tag Manager and A/B testings tools (e.g. Kameleoon or Google Optimize), skills in Frontastic and Hotjar are a plus
  • Ideally, you already know how to use HTML & CSS and have experience in using Figma and Sketch
  • You are fluent in English, German is a plus
