The Role:

As a Senior Controller, you will play a key role in fostering a performance-driven culture. You will be an essential part of the newly established Group BI & Performance Management function (that combines Business Intelligence, FP&A and controlling), and acting as an interface between the overall organisation, management, BI and accounting


What are we looking for you to bring:

  • Minimum of 5 yrs work experience in a similar role, preferably with a Consulting/Big 4 or top notch scale-up background

  • Profound knowledge in controlling & performance management such as business planning, rolling forecasting, ad-hoc analysis and the development and optimisation of financial & non-financial KPIs

  • Proven ability to manage x-functional projects with a variety of stakeholders from different functions.

  • Always striving for excellence whilst being highly analytical, driven, adaptable, reflected and detail-oriented

  • Successfully finished your BA bachelors or masters, ideally with a specialization in Finance

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of Financial and Non-Financial Reporting for monthly performance management processes

  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis in order to identify any potential performance gaps and come up with recommendations how the gaps can be closed

  • Conceptualise and implement best-in-class performance management practices such as an integrated planning tool

  • Review the the reporting setup (cost centre structure, P&L structure etc), and proactively make suggestions for improvements

  • Coach junior performance management staff in order to prepare yourself for a potential leadership role with scaling the organisation

  • Support steering the business through developing and optimising financial and non-financial KPIs

  • Play and essential role in co-running and optimising all major business planning as well as forecasting processes
