Job Description

As Senior Consultant, Compensation & Benefits in the Rewards Team of our Corporate Function Human Resources division, you will be a partner to ’core’ HR colleagues and managers on all compensation topics and related process issues. The Senior Consultant, C&Bhas international responsibilities ranging from collaborating in cross-regional projects and subsequent planning & implementation to follow-up of annual compensation & benefits processes through to design and application of incentive systems. Reporting to our Senior Rewards Manager and working closely with our VP HR Digital & Rewards, the Senior Consultant, C&B drives compensation-related topics and actively supports and champions our global Total Rewards Strategy.

The successful postholder will be part of a motivated and dedicated team of Rewards professionals. You will be a recognized expert in your field and a competent contact person for your internal and external interfaces. You work in a structured manner, take an analytical approach, are solution-oriented and have strong implementation skills. At the same time, you are a hands-on personality and a self- starter.

Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Manage the annual compensation cycles on a global scale, incl. preparation of the corresponding process documentation, trainings, and communication.
  • Implementation of our global rewards strategy across all entities thorough communication and ensuring all stakeholders are on board
  • Participation in external benchmark surveys to analyze company’s competitive position
  • Contact person for HRIS service providers (Workday) to ensure the best possible service quality, monitoring of development and testing of change requests
  • Assist in the management of global projects incl. the operational roll-out and implementation of corresponding trainings
  • Key contributor to the further development of the grading structure across the organization

Requirements
  • Completed university studies or comparable training and a high affinity for numbers
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the area of compensation & benefits in an international environment
  • Very good methodological and conceptual skills for the design of sustainable compensation models
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and responsible action: Your activities have a direct impact on the company’s results - you draw motivation from recognizing and actively eliminating optimization potentials
  • Networking skills for successful operation in the international matrix organization in which you are involved
  • High level of self-motivation and implementation skills
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) and ideally Workday HRIS experience
