Job Purpose

Perform team member in R2R Costing & Blackline function of Asia Financial Shared Service center, ensure entity activities are following Service Level agreements and proceed improvement in Key Performance Indicators.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform team member in R2R Costing & Blackline function to ensure
    • BS account reconciliations are properly prepared through Blackline.
    • PRC STAT financial reports are properly prepared and provide to related stakeholders in time.
    • Unit cost are properly maintained in ERP system.
    • Perform production work order are properly reviewed.
    • Inventory related accounting, reporting and subledger reconciliation are properly prepared.
    • Weekly bank outstanding and monthly bank reconciliation prepared for closing purpose.
    • APAC cash tracking and cash book report prepared by monthly.
  • Effective development
    • Develop “Continuous Improvement” mindset.
    • Ensure efficiency focus.
  • Be positive FSS team member to deliver Day 2 Global Close objective
  • A key position to ensure that we deliver our “Day 2 Close” BTSO. This position will perform that we are “Faster” in term of quality assurance.
  • Collaborate within FSS to solve problem and participant in continuous improvement projects.
  • Proper support to internal and external auditors.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in GL/costing preferred.
  • Familiar with local accounting practice and US GAAP.
  • Proficient with MS Office and ERP software (e.g.: SAP).
  • Good verbal and written skills in English.
