Do you have experience with agile project management, sprint planning, coordination and customer contact from an international IT/ Telecom company? Do you want to play a vital role in one of our customer support teams – planning and coordinating resources, closely monitoring progress and deliveries? Then this is the job for you!

We are now searching for a scum master with good collaboration skills and a proven track record of motivating and leading teams. Your colleagues are all highly skilled analysts and application consultants dedicated to delivering products with highest quality, a perfect environment to grow and thrive in.

The role will be based in Germany, Denmark or Romania.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Be
  • Project- and resource planning
  • Coordination of customers’ ongoing requests
  • Preparation and conduct of stand up meetings along with status meetings, both internally and externally
  • Preparation and follow up on various status reports, resource forecasts and make sure deadlines are met
  • Have organization-wide contact internally in addition to contact with our international customers.
The Ideal Candidate Is a Certified Scrum Master With
  • Experience in agile project management disciplines preferably from the IT or telecommunications industry
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Experience with Excel and JIRA or similar issue tracking systems
  • Great communication skills towards customers and team
  • Good understanding of the software development process and can challenge the team when needed
  • Ability to work in a result-oriented, structured way focusing on quality and details
  • Ability to work independently and within a team – and take responsibility
  • Service-minded and flexible with a positive attitude towards customers, colleagues and projects
  • Proactive and goal-oriented behavior
  • Strong English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical skills paired with good business sense
