Then come and join our global team as SAP Architecture Data Model Expert (f/m/d) to be a hands-on technical resource to a variety of strategic key enhancements of the contemporary CS SAP architecture (P58).

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • You will manage strategic enhancements of a contemporary SAP architecture to drive the digitalization of the customer service OTC process (interface, automation, etc.)
  • You will define and extend state-of-the-art business models for digital and educational services
  • You will elaborate and extend data model definition for modern business models, e.g., subscription-based, pay-per-use, etc.
  • You will implement new data models in a contemporary SAP architecture and creates booking guidelines for country users
  • You will create new lean data models for customer service contracts in a contemporary SAP architecture based on already existing data models in a classical SAP architecture
  • You will support the migration of customer service contract data from one data model to another
  • You will define and conduct test cases for data migration and assessing quality of key financial data reporting
  • You will provide internal training on new data models and booking guidelines for the individual country users
  • You will provide hands-on support for daily operation for the individual country users

Your qualifications and experience:
  • You have a University degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, or related field
  • You have many years of experience in Finance with a solid background in customer service contracts and associated business models (classical break-fix as well as modern digital services), data modeling, data integration/migration and system implementation
  • You additionally have profound experience and expertise in working with SAP ERP with additional experience with the modules FI/CO and PA
  • You have strong knowledge of state-of-the-art business models as well as classical customer service contracts
  • In-depth experience with PowerBI is a plus

Your attributes and skills:
  • You have fluent English language skills; German is a plus
  • The ideal candidate will be a highly self-motivated finance professional that enjoys working closely with IT counterparts and application end users
  • You have a digital-first and agile mindset
