In this position, we are looking for a new colleague responsible for supporting all activities associated with managing our sales and inventory plans for our European distribution channels. You collaborate with the respective channel teams to develop, execute, and communicate strategies as well as financial plans that support the planning, merchandising and financial objectives of the brand.

Sales Planning Analyst (m/f/d) Europe
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to the development of various sales and inventory targets for our B2B and DTC channels, by division or planning group to optimize sales and gross margin.
- Prepare regular reports for cross functional partners to give a detailed overview of business performance.
- Provide highly accurate analysis to support data driven business decisions and identify risks and opportunities in season as well as actionable recommendations.
- Lead, perform, develop further, and consolidate sales plans in close collaboration with other members of our Sales Planning team to ensure best possible future projections in alignment with current sell-through performance and strategic direction.
- Collaborate with our Sales, Buying, Finance and Merchandising teams where required to deliver key projects and actively support preparation and discussion of regular meetings.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
- University degree with a focus on Business, Finance, Sales, Fashion, or a comparable field
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience in Planning, Merchandising or Sales, preferably within the fashion and/or lifestyle industry
- Technical knowledge is critical, especially advanced Excel skills as well as solid understanding of business critical KPIs
- Proven experience supporting sales planning projects with outstanding attention to detail
- Self-motivated, flexible, able to prioritize multiple deadlines and independent with the ability to be a strong team player
- Fluent verbal and written English skills; German language skills are a plus
