We the KI group, are currently supporting the most exciting European companies in their tech focus, developing new business models, creating software products and supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs and doers within the mobility, logistics, finance, chemicals, aviation, energy industries.

As Sales & Account Manager (m/f/x) you will be responsible for generating new business through developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will be the heartbeat that defines our sales success story for our KI challenge.rs, KI performance and xgeeks teams. You will be based at our Munich office.

Tasks

  • Use an existing network of industry and partner contacts to generate new business and achieve sales targets
  • Liaise with our KI performance team and WIN projects with a focus on automation and data integration topics.
  • Capitalise on our excellent tech resources within xgeeks and WIN state-of-the-art engineering projects
  • Work closely with our Management Board and Strategy Consultants to discover innovative digital company building opportunities.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, partners and executive sponsors in a trusted advisor role
  • Lead internal sales teams during pitches whilst creating and delivering powerful sales presentations to high-level executives
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders from the KI group (Strategy, Product, Tech) to convince customers and boost sales effectiveness
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Requirements

  • Ability to understand & frame business problems and strategic challengers and the capability to solve future business challenges with technology and data.
  • Proven business development and account management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibility and effectively at all levels of the organization, especially executive and C-level
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result-driven environment
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Fluent in German and Business level English (both written and verbal)
  • Willingness to travel (~60%)
