As Regulatory Affairs Specialist (m/w/d) Marketing Material you are responsible for the regulatory review and approval of marketing, educational and commercial materials in the various life cycle phases of our products. Working remotely is possible.

What You Will Do
  • You are part of an international team and provide regulatory input on planned marketing, commercial and educational material covering digital and printed material such as online marketing, web page creation/update, social media, training presentations, brochures and review and approve that material.
  • You ensure consistency of claims according to registrations of IVDs internationally during the entire product life cycles.
  • You monitor international laws and regulations related to materials.
  • You support and develop review processes and procedures to meet both regulatory and business objectives.
What We Are Looking For
  • University degree in the field of life science, engineering or technical training (MTA, BTA, PTA) with appropriate further training or professional experience.
  • 3 to 5 years professional experience in the field of regulatory affairs.
  • Professional experience in the segment "In-vitro" diagnostics and marketing material desirable.
  • Solid knowledge of 21 CFR 820 and IVDR and technical product standards.
  • You have excellent organizational skills and are a strong communicator and enjoy working in a team with different cultures.
  • Hands-on, excellent command of written and spoken English.
