Regional S&OP Manager – Consumer Health EMEA

TheRegional S&OP Manager is responsible for coordinating the EMEA S&OP process and be instrumental in shaping J&J`s journey to deliver a “best in class” S&OP process & forecast accuracy.

As a Regional S&OP Manager you will partner with Local Affiliates, E2E Planning Teams, Regional Marketing and other key business stakeholders, to connect end to end, consolidate inputs from across the Consumer EMEA organization and provide insight & business intelligence to support effective business decision making.

You will be part of the Supply Chain Excellence Team, reporting to the EMEA Supply Chain Excellence Director, and be responsible for leading the Regional Demand Planning Team.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate regional S&OP Process for EMEA
  • Ensure meaningful Demand Handover within regional S&OP process by collecting and challenging Assumptions, Insights and Risks & Opportunities across the region.
  • Provide insights to the organization and identify gaps, key focus areas and decision needs during the S&OP process
  • Facilitate S&OP forums, from Demand Review and Feedback Loop Forum with Affiliate and Regional Supply Teams to top management S&OP forums with Supply Chain and Commercial Leadership teams
  • Own Forecast Performance KPIs and drive appropriate measures to improve E2E forecast accuracy
  • Regional KPI owner for forecast accuracy measures, MAPE/Bias and FVA
  • Performance tracking, route cause analysis and development of improvement plans with affiliates
  • Reporting of metrics to top management
  • Responsible for Annual Target-Setting Exercise for MAPE, Bias, and FVA metrics across the Region
  • Lead and Develop the Regional Demand Planning Team
  • Lead, coach and manage the team according to J&J Leadership Imperatives
  • Grow a pool of talented individuals, ensuring the team’s ability to evolve with the organization.
  • Drive and maintain an E2E thinking culture
  • Enable standard ways of working across the team
  • Drive S&OP maturity by collaborating with GPEX, Market Teams and other functions
  • Partner with GPEX/EPEX to assess S&OP Maturity on a yearly basis to track progress and identify gaps
  • Build and execute IBP Maturity Roadmap for Consumer Health EMEA together with GPEX
  • Work with each of the Affiliate S&OP Leads to drive S&OP Maturity and to ensure process adherence

Travel

Up to 10% EMEA travel to be expected
