Drive central value creation across the region to support the Sandoz vision of being #1 in sales and market share in the Region Europe Biosimilars & Specialty business.

Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Lead project management responsibilities for strategic marketing initiatives that cut across the entire region and function in strong collaboration with the marketing & cross-functional team, including support functions
  • Act as an Oncology team utility player: depending on current initiatives and project workload in the Oncology TA, take ownership for applicable in-market or launch brands and all associated marketing responsibilities that come with that
  • Drive efficiency and improvements in the Regional Central Value Creation business model
  • Lead the Region Europe Sandoz Way annual planning process
  • Engaging with external agencies to prepare and develop content, tools and events
  • Creating and maintaining cross-country and cross-functional relationships
  • Continue operational activities to support a best-in-class launch excellence function for upcoming launch preparations
  • Drive a Central Value Creation KPI Measures & Feedback process to improve country delivery and impact

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • Experience in the Oncology therapeutic areas (3 years minimum) – can be Hematology and / or Solid Tumors
  • Strong pharmaceutical marketing background (6 - 8 years industry experience overall) with at least 2 years of working experience in an above-country role
  • Direct working experience in the Generics / Biosimilar arm of pharma would be a plus (2 years minimum)
  • Experience in marketing excellence initiatives, patient journey, customer segmentation, market research, strategic and tactical planning
  • Commercial launch background (a minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical / biosimilar and / or Gx launches)
