Responsibilities

  • Contribute to building a diverse company with an outstanding culture by finding excellent talent for Leapsome across all teams.
  • Take end-to-end ownership for talent acquisition: source candidates, review resumes, screen & interview candidates, negotiate, and move the interviewing process forward.
  • Provide an outstandingly positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with the founders and your People & Culture team members to set up hiring strategies and deeply understand hiring needs.
  • Continuously work to improve our hiring process and find new ways to attract talent.
Requirements

  • You have a university degree and have 1 to 3+ years work experience (mid to senior level) in recruiting, talent acquisition, sourcing or a similar role (ideally in a B2B Tech company).
  • If you don’t yet have experience in recruiting and talent acquisition but are eager to learn and advance your career in this area we’d also love to speak with you!
  • You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in German or English in written and spoken form.
  • You are driven to find and connect with the best talent.
  • You have a knack for assessing talent and leverage proven and validated methods to do so.
  • You have the ability to motivate people and convey enthusiasm about the company you’re hiring for.
  • You are a very focused and process driven person and continuously work to improve existing processes.
  • You are passionate about the future of work and continuous learning at work, and you want to join us in building an exceptional team and company to have real impact in this space.
