Receptionist/Team Assistant

An amazing opportunity has arisen to join a global finance firm based in Frankfurt. Our client is looking for a Receptionist/Team Assistant to join their team, who will be working closely to support the office and EA’s with their overflow administration. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for a ‘foot in the door’ and build on their existing experience. Previous experience within hospitality or reception is desired as training will be provided. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and have excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in German and English is essential.

What you’ll do;

  • Meeting and greeting all clients and guests
  • Coordinate and manage the meeting rooms including catering
  • Answering all incomings calls
  • Support with diary management as required
  • Scheduling internal and external client meetings as required
  • Organise any travel for the team as required
  • Process monthly expenses using Concur
  • Work closely with the facilities teams to ensure the smooth running of the office


What you’ll need;

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Previous experience working in a Front of House or within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent organisation and administrative skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
