Our client, a global leading telecommunication company, is recruiting for a
Back Office RAN Engineer
to join their business in Germany .

Responsibilities:

  • Clients project back office 2nd line technical support;

  • GUL RAN technical issues troubleshooting;

  • Acceptance tickets daily management, root cause analysis, solution providing, tracking stakeholder to solve problem and close tickets.

  • Give timely feedback to region and concerned departments, maintain good feedback from cross departments;

  • Maintain good relationship with end client, and attend regular meeting with client and push client to close clients concerned issues;

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree in Telecommunication/Computer/Automation/Architecture or related fields.

  • 5 years Telecom experience

  • Fluent in English, German is a plus

  • Must be eligible to work in the European Region.

  • Good communication skills to be able to influence the decision of discussions with customers and cross department colleagues

  • Ability to work onsite in Nuerenberg is big plus, and part time is also possible
