We are currently looking for the Quality Systems Analyst (m/w/d)

Location: Norderstedt

The Quality Systems Analyst (m/w/d) supports the improvement of Quality Systems.

Duties & responsibilities

Under supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

  • Lead projects related to the Quality Systems
  • Investigate and correct identified non-conformances related to Quality Systems (NCs, CAPAs, internal audits)
  • Proactively identifies improvement opportunities related to the Quality Systems
  • Analyses Quality Systems relevant data and presents findings to the management
  • Coordinates cross-functional QA structures and projects
  • Provides system support to other departments
  • Supports internal and external audit activities from a QS perspective
  • Reviews trends in base business activities and identifies improvement opportunities
  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
  • For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical area
  • At least three (2) years of experience in the QSR/ISO-regulated medical device operation
  • Advanced regulatory compliance knowledge
  • Lean / Six Sigma knowledge
  • Project Management
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork
  • German, fluent
  • English, fluent
