Your responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Working Student Finance (m/f/d), who will support our Head of Finance and have an essential impact in moving financial processes at TradeLink to the next level!
  • You maintain the handling of customer invoices, including creation, renewal and collection
  • You support in operational AP tasks, particularly expense management and payment processes
  • You help in the optimization and automation of current accounting (AP/AR) processes
  • You assist our external tax advisor on month- and year-end closing processes and reporting
  • You support our Head of Finance on FP&A tasks and investor reporting
What you need to succeed
  • You are in your studies of business engineering/administration or economics, preferably with a major in finance / accounting
  • You have already gained first experiences in a high-paced, preferably SaaS startup environment
  • You have ideally had first touch points with order-to-cash systems and processes in a subscription business context
  • You have strong communication, organisational, and time management skills and are highly proactive
  • You are a natural with numbers and an Excel rockstar. You have a strong attention to detail and are completely reliable and meticulous
