Web Engineer

We are seeking a talented Web Engineer with a strong background in web development and JavaScript to join our Ads Team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for creating innovative ad formats and driving revenue growth while maintaining a keen focus on user experience and privacy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality web applications using Typescript, React or other JavaScript frameworks
• Work closely with the Ads Team to design and implement new ad formats that meet business needs and drive revenue growth
• Support the development and maintenance of our consent management system, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
• Collaborate with designers to create polished user interfaces
• Produce well-structured, maintainable code with an emphasis on automated testing
• Actively participate in understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Balance technical debt with delivery to maintain a robust, sustainable development pace
• Continuously learn and share knowledge of cutting-edge browser capabilities and new technologies, such as newest features of TypeScript, React and ES2015+
• Engage in pair-programming or demonstrate an interest in trying it
