TASKS:

Together with your team, you will analyse the global and regional procurement markets and recommend suitable suppliers to generate further saving opportunities
You will be responsible for leading and developing purchasing strategies for the group
Along with talent identification and advancement, fostering team development and motivation is essential
You are launching and promoting cost-cutting and cost-avoidance initiatives
Budget planning, delivering results and progress tracking for your respective field of responsibility across Lighting BG plants
With your Team you will work in interdisciplinary teams, on cost structure analyzes for the different material groups and carry out appropriate workshops with the suppliers
Developing and implementing best practice guidelines and coaching of the organisation

QUALIFICATIONS:

Several years of professional experience in purchasing
Must speak FLUENT English
Completed business administration or engineering degree
It would be advantageous to have experience in the fields of contract law, calculation, and controlling
Experiences of leading a global team, as well as first experiences of disciplinary leading
