Vice President Corporate IT (all gender)

For our Faber-Castell Ltd. in Stein near Nuremberg, we are looking for a VP Corporate IT (all genders) in full-time starting from April 2024.

Tasks

  • Leadership and development of our global IT teams
  • Development and implementation of innovative IT strategies to support our global business objectives
  • Global responsibility for IT infrastructure, SAP system (S/4 HANA), our eCommerce platform, Microsoft Office 365, as well as ensuring smooth IT processes and further integration of Faber-Castell subsidiaries
  • Working closely with executives to proactively integrate technology trends into our corporate strategy and operations
  • Ensuring data security and compliance regulations in accordance with international standards
  • Establishing and monitoring appropriate KPIs to manage IT processes
  • Budget responsibility for global IT with a constantly balanced costbenefit balancing

Requirements

  • Relevant years of experience in leading IT positions, ideally in a global environment and with a general approach (infrastructure, ERP, etc.)
  • Proven experience in management and development of international IT teams
  • Knowledge in the development and implementation of IT strategies
  • Good understanding of security and compliance requirements
  • Sensitivity for the allocation of local and global value drivers
  • Communication and negotiation skills at management level
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
