Your Role
The job is located at the central, strategic IT and divided into two major areas of work that have many points of contact with each other:
Outsourcing and provider management
Service Management processes
Outsourcing and provider management
- Management of the outsourced services within our Multi-Vendor environment in agreement with the service providers and the business
- Leadership for the service design (incl. SLAs/KPIs) and its alignment with all involved interfaces
- Collection/analysis and prioritization of the service-related business requirements and ensuring that they are captured within the service design
- Responsible for the quality of the service ensuring conformity with service level agreements (SLA)
- Responsibility for the end-to-end life-cycle management of our service portfolio
- Management of several providers and the respective contracts e.g. negotiating, cancelling
Service Management processes
- Analysis and continuous optimization of the relevant Service Management processes
- Drives continuous improvement process and service standardization across the IT organization
- Maintains regular communication with the relevant stakeholders
Your profile and qualifications
We are looking for a new team colleague who convinces with a pragmatic and goal-oriented way of working as well as a confident appearance.
- Very good understanding of processes and structured strong analytical mind
- Target group oriented, clear and transparent communication skills are essential (German and English)
- Committed team player with a strong hands-on mentality
- Successfully completed studies ideally but not necessarily in information technology or comparable – alternatively – equivalent education with working experience
- Proven knowledge and practical experience in designing and implementing processes, ideally IT processes
- Experience in managing external service providers and/or stakeholder groups
- Basic knowledge of a) project management frameworks (e.g. PMI, Prince2) – ideally Prince2® Foundation certification – and/or b) IT service management frameworks – ideally ITIL certification – desirable
- Personal interest in and understanding of IT technologies (e.g. application management and maintenance, cloud solutions, cloud sourcing, infrastructure services, network and workplace).
