We are looking for a Global Valuation and Digital Consultant to join our global Valuation Advisory team. This role will be important for the continued digitalization and development of our function.
You will be responsible for:
Analysis of the valuation business and formulation of requirements for IT-Teams.
Working on global standards for the valuation business line while cooperating with teams in several countries
Assisting various development efforts of tools and software components, such as end to end solutions, CRM software, etc. This includes accompanying the development cycle from requirements to tests and roll-out from a business side.
Supporting the maintenance of the digital ecosystem including internal and external applications (e.g. Argus AE, Inspection App). 1st level support for business users and, in case of doubt, escalated to IT and service providers and tracked to resolution, including performance tests, etc.
Independently finding solutions in the technical eco system for business challenges and consultation with the extended business and IT teams
Guidance of the employees regarding the use of various applications and finding solutions for various requests from the business
Support of strategic projects with IT know-how, in development and in the implementation of customer requirements, in data projects, e.g. data mapping, etc.
Monitoring of usage statistics and regular reporting to supervisors
Continuous improvement of the UI/UX components and review of the related usage requirements
Development and maintenance of an SME network internally and externally in order to accelerate the implementation of tasks
Expansion and maintenance of a network of power users in the various applications
Development, maintenance and transfer of know-how via training materials and workshops.
The Ideal candidate will have experience of Valuations as well as a keen interest in Technology and digitalization.
