Aiming to build the most comprehensive and flexible Banking-as-a-Service platform out there, we are on a mission to fix this and remove the barriers – and provide our partners with a seamless experience when prototyping and building financial products and services in just a few weeks, or even days, instead of months to years. Launching a banking product, embedding and scaling financial use-cases will never have been easier and faster, and that’s what we are fully committed to.

So, what’s that… are we a startup and starting from scratch? Yes. And no. We are a well funded licensed e-money institution and principal member of Mastercard with offices in Luxembourg and Munich with a staff of ca. 140, and rapidly growing. We have been running a successful consumer card product for the last 6 years and built a significant B2B portfolio around corporate spend management, payouts and emergency payments.

Following our new mission we have been bringing together some of the brightest minds in fintech and now are building a new modular ecosystem upon the running business and experience we have. Quite a luxurious situation for a startup we’d say – and one that absolutely excites us!

Are you the right fit?

If you are still reading this and have significant experience and track record, we would like to talk.
Your job? You will…
  • take responsibility for the entire end-to-end design processes from initial research, ideation, conceptualization and design, to testing and validation;
  • create top-notch clickable prototypes based on our designs;
  • define problems based on customer insights and feedback;
  • work together with other UXers, Data Analysts, Product Managers and Engineers to turn insights into opportunities;
  • validate and measure our solutions with users, using both qualitative and quantitative methods and iterate on them;
  • contribute to design excellence and consistency.
What skills and traits you need?
  • Proven ability to facilitate usability testing, leverage user research insights and gather data to inform your design decisions
  • A degree in human computer interaction or a comparable academic background
  • You have at least 1 year of experience designing digital products (for Mobile and Web) in cross-functional product teams
  • Strong customer focus and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and interfaces
  • Figma is your comfort zone
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, and ability to build relationships with all stakeholders
  • Excellent and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find solutions for tough UX challenges
  • Prior experience with SaaS models is a big plus
  • Strong understanding of financial products and industry regulation is a plus
  • A general understanding of software development is a plus
