Responsibilities

  • Within 21 months you will go through various stations in Germany and abroad in a cross-departmental trainee program. You will get to know our departments in international sales and also interesting facets in the areas of technology and finance. In this way you will be prepared for future responsible and attractive jobs.
  • During a 6-month assignment abroad, you will get to know one of our international locations and work there on exciting sales projects
  • You will build up an international network within our global trainee program
  • You work independently and practically on your own projects and in interdisciplinary teams
  • Through numerous further training courses (soft skills, technical training, lean management), you will develop individual strengths

Qualifications

  • You bring along motivation, enthusiasm and passion for the job in sales
  • Team spirit is key – let’s achieve our goals and celebrate our successes together
  • Successfully completed a STEM or economics degree; ideally you have initial practical sales experience, e.g. through training, internships or student work experience
  • As you will be working internationally good command in English and German is mandatory
  • You are ready to work internationally, even after the trainee program has ended
  • Last but not least: You want to make a difference
