System Engineer (m/f/d)

At our office in Reutlingen we are looking for you as System Engineer (m/f/d).

What you can expect

  • Facilitating workshops and conducting interviews to elicit requirements together with conceptual design, project management or customers
  • Creating specifications, requirement specifications for handling with internal and external partners
  • Sub-project management, consulting and support of project managers and integrators regarding analysis, description and modeling of capabilities, processes and systems
  • Develop maturity management to track and report on each specific capability
  • Manage and report on all work packages in terms of cost, time, and maturity, and monitor all risks and remediation actions

What we expect

  • Successfully completed studies in engineering (mechanical engineering, process engineering) or a comparable field of study
  • Knowledge of system engineering, e.g. ASEP or CSEP according to INCOSE
  • Experience in management and planning processes
  • You enjoy working systematically and independently as well as dealing with customers
  • Analytical and very good communication skills
  • You are able to pursue a goal together with others and are adaptable due to high volatility
  • Fluent written and spoken English and willingness to travel round off your profile
