What Are Your Responsibilities In The Team
  • As a new IT expert in the team, a varied and exciting task awaits you: you will be responsible for ensuring 1st/2nd level support in terms of software, hardware and network issues, especially user support both on-site and remote.
  • Furthermore, you will ensure the equipment, installation and configuration of IT systems, manage installed IT equipment in the area of asset management, create software packages using Matrix42 and provide patch management (software updates and security patches).
  • Furthermore, you can also assist with remote maintenance, Citrix support, mobile device management and active directory management.
What You Have To Offer
  • As our new colleague, you bring a successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or several years of professional experience in a similar area of IT.
  • You have experience in IT support (1st and 2nd level as well as IT service management), practical knowledge in troubleshooting Windows operating systems and experience in working with IT ticket tools.
  • In addition, you have fluent written and spoken German and English and a good understanding of Active Directory, Terminal Server and Microsoft 365.
  • A high level of customer focus and service readiness, communication skills and strong problem solving skills as well as analytical skills make you a valuable team member.
