Subsidiary Sales Lead Manager (m/f/d)

As a Subsidiary Sales Lead Manager you will lead the execution of Sales Operations related tasks & the subsidiary country management, manage the performance of assigned subsidiaries as market expert by identifying volume and financial risks and opportunities, act as first point of contact within Hyundai Motor Europe and support subsidiaries in its structure.
We Want You To
- Lead country management related processes (i.e. execution of reoccurring meetings and development of action plans)
- Be responsible for market-specific data gathering, preparation and analyses
- Provide strong operative support through pro-active takeover of operative tasks to reduce the overall high workload among the team
- Lead communication with assigned markets and development action plans with subsidiaries
- Supervise of enhanced scope of Sales KPIs (channel-mix / incentives / Financing KPIs, etc.)
- Lead discussion with markets in reoccurring meetings

You Will Also Need To Have
- Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics or another related academic discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive industry
- Experience in managing across different markets or as a minimum direct experience of local Subsidiary/Distributor operations
- Comprehensive understanding of the NSC business, with a focus on sales
- Profound knowledge about automotive industry
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills for commercial discussions at senior management level
- Ability to manage resistances and oppositions, finding solutions within the constrictions
- Strong adaptive skills, flexibility and ability to deal positively with uncertainty
- Fluency in English and German (additional European language is an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
