Your responsibilities

Manage strategic procurement activities within the category “Human Resources” with sub-categories such as Payroll Services, Recruiting Services, Employee Benefits, Temporary Labour, Trainings & Workshops, etc.
Analyze and optimize current supplier portfolios while being close to the current market situations
Identify savings potentials, develop and implement sourcing strategies in close cooperation with our divisions and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage supplier relationships proactively
Lead procurement projects, execute tenders, evaluate quotations, prepare and perform price negotiations as well as conclude contracts with suppliers.
Participate in and support global procurement initiatives
Be a member of our Strategic Procurement Team EMEA and support your colleagues in other strategic procurement topics

Your qualification

University degree in business administration with focus on procurement and/or supply chain or similar education with additional professional training and experiences
Preferable several years of working experiences in a strategic procurement department in a comparable position with experiences in managing procurement projects and negotiations with suppliers
Exceptional analytical, conceptual and methodical skills
Fluent English and German language skills in writing and speaking
Excellent handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Power Point as well as basic SAP experiences
Team-player with distinct intercultural competences and good conflict, communication and cooperation skills
Positive, proactive and solution-oriented personality with hands on approach
