Work mode
To Enable Our Remote Work Mode, We Work With
- MS Teams for synchronous communication
- GitLab for project management
- Daily project standup meetings, one engineering meeting each week
- Bi-monthly face-to-face meetings of our team
- Work closely with product managers and other developers to build and continuously extend our application, predominantly in the frontend
- Give and receive constructive feedback to teammates through code reviews
- You challenge the status quo and proactively identify product areas that require attention
- You have a passion to write clean, testable, and documented code and a “never-stop-learning” attitude
- Improve engineering standards, tools, and processes
- Residence and work permit in the EU
- German or English language, at least C1 level
- 1-3 years of experience in collaborative software development
- Experience in larger software development projects is a plus
- Strong Python background and in-depth knowledge of common databases (SQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience using Docker and creating RESTful and well-documented APIs
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure) and writing Infrastructure as Code is a big plus
