As a Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d), you will lead a team of Specialist Consultants that drive successful projects and enable our customers achieving their digital goals with Mendix platform. You will have the opportunity to further grow Services team and work with our Customer Success leadership team to define the strategic vision of our DACH team.


You`ll help our customers drive digital innovation by:

    • Working with clients and key partners to implement solutions on the Mendix platform in context of their business and technical needs
    • Being responsible for a portfolio of customers and working diligently and cross functionally to ensure the best possible experience for our clients
    • Prioritisation and enablement plan creation as well as project planning and execution across multiple accounts and segments
    • Running projects from initiation to close and always thinking with an eye on efficiency and repeatability as we scale
    • Working with other Head of Services to build standardized approach for delivering services
    • Mentoring our Consultants to help them grow to the next level

You´re the innovator we need if you have:

    • You get jazzed about and have a consistent record for leading and motivating a team for several years, while delivering outstanding services and projects successfully
    • You’re a high-energy professional that loves to engage with the customer to drive innovation in their organization
    • You have a good understanding of technologies and of agile and waterfall project management methodologies
    • Custom software development is something you’ve done or worked within an organization that passionate about software development
    • You are a phenomenal communicator, both in English and in German
