About us

The Corporate Controlling department of Media-Saturn-Holding GmbH is the central point of contact for all controlling-related topics in the company. Through close cooperation with the other departments of the national and subsidiary companies, we enable target and result-oriented corporate management.


Operational Controlling, as a sub-area of Corporate Controlling, will act as a cross-border interface for the operational areas and will support steering the business and decision-making process.


Resonsibilities

As part of the Corporate Controlling team, you will join a team that is passionate about numbers, data, analysis and how to use them to generate insights and improve our business.

  • Control and monitoring of all relevant KPI´s related to the business performance
  • Development of reports and control tools as well as international standards
  • Deep dive analysis and challenging the development and find potentials from a financial perspective
  • Target setting, simulations and business cases
  • Supporting management with ad-hoc analysis to enable implementation of strategic initiatives, actively supporting business decision-making


Requirements

We are successful together if you are characterized by a highly independent, result-oriented way of working as well as a pronounced analytical and conceptual thinking ability. In addition, you bring:

  • Successfully completed business studies with a focus on Finance & Controlling
  • Relevant professional experience in controlling and financial planning
  • High learning ability and willingness to work on new topics
  • Assertiveness and confidence across all hierarchical levels
  • Excellence in analytic thinking together with the ability to grasp the ‘big-picture’ and at the same time dive deep into details that drives it
  • Expert in Excel and Power Point, proficient knowledge of Business Intelligence solutions (SAP, BI tools)
