You will work for our brand iGraal, the leading French and top-3 European cashback company. Their tech solutions include a browser extension that alerts customers with discounts from customers’ favourite websites and a mobile app to enjoy cashback services instantly.

We are currently looking for a Senior Paid Marketing Specialist to join our GSG Performance Marketing Team in Munich. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:
  • Support the development of our Paid Marketing Lead generation strategy working with the key Performance Marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Taboola/Outbrain, LinkedIn and more)
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to brainstorm, identity, and advance key messages, creatives and landing pages to drive efficient customer acquisition.
  • Assist Head of Paid Marketing in planning performance marketing campaigns to capture the company’s target market through audience segmentation, AB testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Work alongside marketing teams to ensure the targets are met and shared in order to design strategies that can be automated and executed at scale.
  • Measure, analyze and report performance of paid campaigns to provide recommendations to optimize and grow the acquisition channels.
  • Monitor competitor activity across digital platforms
  • Research the latest paid marketing tactics and technology to optimize spend and performance
We are a match if you have...
  • 4+ Years of experience managing Paid Marketing campaigns with a proven track record of driving ROI and ability to scale budgets.
  • Striking analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in copywriting and briefing creatives to generate high performing ad content.
  • Good knowledge of excel; comfortable in analyzing data sets, formulas and pivot tables
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills with an attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ideally worked in a lead generation focused background.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (French, German or Spanish would be a plus).
