We are looking for a Senior HR Manager (m/f/x) to join our Team at LemonOne. In this role, you get the chance to take the lead of various HR projects and bring the department to the next level. You participate actively in the growth of LemonOne!

Tasks

  • You advise and support our managers and team on all HR-related issues
  • You are responsible for all operational and administrative processes from the hiring of new talent to the off boarding of team members
  • You identify and recruit the right talent in an international environment, including the development of job advertisements, active sourcing, conducting interviews and managing external HR service providers
  • You take care of strategic HR projects
  • You are responsible for our strategic recruiting and the topic of employer branding
  • You are responsible for our pre- and post-payroll processing
Requirements

  • You have a completed university degree, ideally with a focus on human resources
  • You have several years of experience in human resource work, preferably in the Start-up environment
  • You have already led an HR team
  • You have an engaging appearance, a high level of persuasion and absolute integrity
  • Your understanding of recruiting goes beyond grades and resumes, you focus on people and their personalities and make sure that new team members fit to LemonOne
  • You are extremely reliable, have a talent for organization, and a solution-oriented and responsible work ethic
  • You have knowledge in the use of personnel management systems, ideally Personio
  • You are a communication talent and speak fluent German and English

Our focus lies especially in the travel, real estate, and food industry. In the next step, our B2B platform will serve as an AI-enabled infrastructure to host photos and videos for companies.

To show everyone the visuals they want to see, we give our photographers the opportunity to concentrate on what they do best while our editing team takes great care of the high-end editing in the next step. Delivering customized and ready-to-use visual content efficiently allows our customers to focus on their core business and in the meantime boost their conversion rates.
