A task that challenges
  • Planning, conceptual design and project planning of ventilation systems in projects of the pharmaceutical industry, semiconductor industry as well as in the field of data centers
  • Preparation of specifications and drawings in accordance with HOAI service specifications
  • Preparation of bidding documents as well as tender documents for components and systems
  • Participation in award negotiations with suppliers and contractors
  • Preparation of functional invitations to tender and service specifications
  • Evaluation of offers as well as participation of/at award talks with suppliers and executing companies
  • Planning of the interface process/ TGA/ construction/ electrical engineering
  • Management of a team within the scope of project execution
  • Communication and coordination with our colleagues in the Indian planning office
A background that convinces
  • Completed studies in the area of TGA/supply engineering or comparable training
  • Experience with clean room technology systems as well as the planning of technical building equipment
  • Very good knowledge of HVAC systems with a focus on ventilation technology
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Analytical thinking skills as well as independent working style
  • Professional and confident handling of MS-Office applications
  • Experience in the use of common CAD applications
  • Team and communication skills, ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
