Senior Analyst (m/f/d) Marketing / Retail Analytics

Aufgabe

Create and expand analytics products to enable our customers to take the right data-driven decisions Utilize statistical modeling and machine learning to address a wide variety of business questions Function as point of contact for our customers (Marketing, Supply Chain, up to VP level) to translate their needs into analytical models/ solutions and vice versa Collaborate with international HAVI stakeholders to support the commercialization of analytical products in multiple markets Take ownership to innovate continuously and ensure successful execution

Qualifikation

Excellent university degree with a strong statistical component (e.g. Business Administration, Psychology, Econometrics) A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in an analytical environment Advanced capability in the use open source analytics software (R, Python), ideally complemented with solid experience with visualization software (Tableau, Power BI) Affinity and experience with retail / marketing (strategy and tactics) Excellent interpersonal and team skills and the ability to build a relationship with our customers Strong analytical and statistical skills, proven understanding of statistical models and their application to various datasets Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to organize, analyze and execute international analytics projects English communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience of various levels
