- Offer comprehensive coaching on Safe Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, and Hybrid methodologies to business/technical leaders, RTEs, and other Agile roles.
- Facilitate complex problem-solving sessions, partnering with stakeholders to enhance value delivery.
- Determine and apply the most suitable methodology frameworks based on specific team challenges.
- Initiate and sustainably launch new ARTs and cross-functional teams based on identified needs.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to bridge methodology and tool knowledge gaps, encompassing Agile, Kanban, and Six Sigma.
- Advocate for continuous improvement across teams and the organization, driving the Agile strategy and transformation journey.
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience providing hands-on methodology (Scaled Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Waterfall, Hybrid) coaching and training various stakeholders and teams on all aspects of Scrum, Lean, and Kanban & Hybrid methodologies practices
- Hands-on experience serving as a Scrum Mater, RTE, Product Owner or Product Manager
- Highly proficient using Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, and other tools to manage project and task management
- Experience in agile frameworks (e.g. SAFE)
- Experience in implementing and maintaining key performance measures related to program, project, and / or portfolio management, including benefits realization
