Sound interesting?Then come and join our global team asScrum Master (f/m/d) in the area of system control software to help shape the future of Siemens Healthineers in a scaled environment with your expertise and motivational power.Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.Your tasks and responsibilities:- As a Scrum Master of a cross-functional and international development team, you will coach the team members in agile working methods and principles in order to consolidate the agile mindset and setup efficient processes
- You continuously develop a team which is self-organized, owns the responsibility which follow agile principles
- In your role, you take on a wide variety of perspectives and talk to the development team, the product owners, and other stakeholders on regular basis for improvements
- You coordinate with other Scrum Masters in appropriate communities
- You organize and moderate Scrum ceremonies and coach, among other things, in the creation of backlog items and maintenance of the team backlog
- You recognize potential obstacles at an early stage and work out proactive solutions in cooperation with your team
- You are also able to support the team with process improvements and the necessary tool landscape
- You have a master’s degree in a technical or scientific field
- You have many years of professional experience in system development in the field of medical products and are familiar with planning activities, implementation and the necessary documentation of software releases
- You have many years of experience as a Scrum Master
- You have appropriate knowledge of methods with certificates such as Professional ScrumMaster, SAFe® 5 Practitioner and Leading SAFe
- Ideally, you already have experience in the field of embedded SW development.
- You master tools such as Microsoft Office, Azure DevOps, Caliber, HP QC, Polarion
- You have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills for professional and non-specialist audiences
- You have strong leadership skills
- You have a very good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an advantage
