The Digital Customer Engagement team is at the forefront of our technology-enabled efforts to scale our business. The Digital team owns almost half of all customers across EMEA and delivers value in innovative and creative ways through the use of various tools and technologies. The Digital program of SAP Concur was awarded the GAMECHANGER award by Gainsight in 2021 and continues to be one of the most successful customer engagement programs across SAP.
The team is re-inventing the post-sale customer expreince in SAP Concur and paving the way to new heights in value delivery for customers.
Responsibilities
- Achieving (sales) renewals objectives, Achieve client satisfaction objectives and client retention objectives
- Managing large portfolio of customers in the Digital segment of the Enterprise busines unit.
- Identify and execute business strategies that contribute to the success of the key metrics of the position – opportunities for expansion, migration, retention and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for developing problem resolution that optimizes company profitability while maintaining client retention.
- Developing and conducting business reviews with clients
- Work to cultivate and expand existing business relationships through frequent communication and client visits.
- Work with clients at various stages of maturity, developing net new client relationships as well as expanding relationships in existing accounts to new groups and countries.
- Ability to successfully leverage ideas across clients and industries to cross-pollinate best practices and creative thinking across your various clients and segment.
- Partner with Client Sales Executives to establish strong relationships with executives and senior contacts that will be involved in major account activities.
- Work with Marketing, Solutions Consulting, Client Support, Client Services, Product Management, Field Services, Legal and Finance to maximize revenue and maintain the highest levels customer satisfaction.
- Complete and execute account plans, prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Identify and execute business strategy for assigned eneterpriseclient segment. Work cross-functionally to execute on individual client strategies. Identify opportunities for adding greater value.
- Identify and prioritize client issues/concerns; coordinate with appropriate internal departments to provide response and/or solutions.
- Participate on cross-functional teams to discuss accounts and look for trends or commonalities. Ensure the best interests of both clients and Concur are being fairly and objectively represented.
- BA/BS degree required
- 2+ years experience - managing client relationships
- 1+ years sales experience with revenue target and responsibility is a plus
- Motivated to advance growth in entrepreneurial, rapidly growing tech company
- Organized and analytical decision making capabilities
- Finance or Travel industry experience a plus
- Project management experience a plus
- German (C1) and English language skills mandatory
