Your position at a glance
You’ll be one of our main and first point contacts for our users and customers, supporting them in everything from product-related questions, trouble-shooting to creating quotes and invoices. With your talent for understanding people, giving guidance and handling complaints you will ensure happy and satisfied users!
Your tasks
Sales:
- Order management (quotes, invoices, etc.)
- Manage and maintain customer data
- Communicate with customers and potential leads
Customer support:
- Offer user support on various communication channels (email, forum, etc.)
- Become an expert in our platform CoSpaces
Your profile
- Proven work experience in sales or customer support
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Excellent organization skills
- English native speaker (or your skill level is comparable to a native speaker’s)
- Independent working style, flexible and able to handle multiple projects
This is a plus
- Speak foreign languages
- Experience working in a startup
