Are you a Sales Controller (m/f/d) looking for a new professional challenge in an exciting environment?

Our client is a European defence consortium with central tasks in design, manufacture and development, who is currently looking for a Sales Controller (m/f/d). Our client’s offices are located in a modern office complex in the North of Munich and have optimal connections to public transportation as well as employee parking.

Your responsibilities
  • Daily management of the invoicing and payments processes
  • Preparation of outgoing invoices in accordance to contractual terms and German law (HGB)
  • Ensure invoicing and payments data is accurately reflected in the Financial and Cost Accounts
  • Provision of basic data and loading payment plans into the Finance System
  • Validation of payment plans against contractual documentation and incoming invoices against tax regulations and relevant specifications
  • rovide supporting documentation for public audits, or closing of the financial year
  • Ensure the Finance IT systems are up to date with latest contractual requirements to enable accurate electronic invoicing, payments and reporting
  • Provide inputs for internal and external reporting and meetings
  • Review on a regular basis, and update when necessary, the Internal Control Process documentation to ensure availability of current status
  • Strong liaison and communication including query answering within the Finance organisation, and other departments providing supporting documentation and reports
Your profile
  • Successfully completed business studies with a focus on finance and accounting
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting
  • Very good handling of MS Office, as well as very good knowledge of SAP-FI
  • Business English is an absolute must
  • High degree of independence, commitment and ability to work under pressure
  • Goal-oriented approach to work, communication and team skills
