About the Role
The Junior Revenue Growth Manager, within the Revenue & Growth Planning (RGP) team, reports to the Head of Revenue & Growth Planning and supports the national RGM Managers with a focus and the DACH region. Key focus is on managing reporting and analysis on diverse data sets including internal financial and external market data in order to support the creation, measurement and evaluation of commercial strategy with a focus on the RGM pillars Pricing / Promotion / Trade-Investment and Mix.
Examples of key deliverables include:
  • Monitoring of pricing and promotional execution across the market – identifying gaps in execution of guidelines, competitor trends and opportunities
  • Defining investment required by customer to execute retail pricing strategy
  • Managing compliance on pricing strategy
  • Supporting category deep dive analytics
  • Adhoc commercial and trend analysis, scenario modelling and opportunity assessment
  • Creation and maintenance of reports to identify commercial insights and support ongoing revenue management analysis
  • This role enables you to build a broad understanding of customer, category and competitor dynamics and gives you first-hand exposure to the engine room where we build our commercial plans. You will have direct input into these plans and will be integral in identifying opportunities for the business and problem-solve commercial challenges.
About You
  • Strong analytical skills – experience working with a commercial P&L is a plus
  • Strong excel skills and Power BI capability is a plus
  • Proven learning agility – ability to learn new systems quickly and integrate different data sets to create a 360 view and glean insight
  • An innate curiosity, willing to dig deeper into data and explore relationship between data and business outcomes, able to draw insights from data
  • Work at pace and collaborate with others, thinking beyond tasks to get to outcomes
  • Detail oriented, structured in approach
  • Experience using Nielsen or IRI is a plus but not necessary
