Receptionist (m/f/d)

Our international and agile team is searching for a motivated person to support in the position as a Receptionist (f/m/d). You enjoy working in a dedicated, dynamic and international environment? You would like to take part in a New Space endeavor to revolutionize the space industry? Then apply for us.

Your Tasks

  • Acting as the primary point of contact at the site entrance
  • Supervision of the reception desk and control of all incoming/outgoing persons
  • Supporting the HR department with onboarding
  • Supporting and implementing health and safety measures
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail, accepting and sending courier mails
  • Carrying out other administrative tasks

Your Qualifications

  • Completed training in the hotel industry or in the commercial sector and/or several years of experience in these areas
  • Strong communication skills and an eye for safety measures
  • Fluent written and spoken English (all day-to-day activities are carried out in English)
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Experience with MS Office applications
