We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant(f/m/d) to join our Hero’s Team in Berlin. The person who will fill this position knows where to find the right talent for our partners.


What is it all about?

  • Managing the whole recruiting life cycle in self-responsibility for our customers

  • Developing recruitment strategies designed to identify qualified candidates for multiple positions

  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing suitable candidates

  • Supporting many startups from different industries in filling their various vacant positions

  • Taking over responsibility for various projects simultaneously

  • Working closely with other team members to ensure consistency

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with a focus on Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or similar fields

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle Recruitment from sourcing to offer stage

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Positive attitude, problem-solving and team working mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility

  • Strong focus on a positive candidate experience

  • Experience in recruitment for startups is a plus

  • Excellent English and German skills – spoken and written

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
