sennder is a European digital freight forwarder looking for a Recruiter (German speaking) to join our Talent Acquisition team.

The role is based out of the Berlin office and will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition. Do you want to help us shape the future of the logistics industry?

As a Recruiter - German-speaking, you’ll be responsible for delivering against the teams hiring goals through proactive candidate engagement, creating talent pools and owning the talent attraction strategy for the business and operations teams. You will also manage the end to end hiring process, ensuring a high level of candidate and hiring manager experience

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs
  • Use multiple sources for proactive recruitment and continuously look at new ways to source candidates.
  • Liaise between candidates and interview teams to ensure a smooth interview process
  • Maintain clear and strong communication & collaboration at all levels
  • Ensure information is properly maintained for reporting purposes within the ATS
  • Negotiate offers to close candidates
  • Create and analyse recruitment dashboards and proactively share data-centric updates with the leadership team
  • Challenge the status quo!
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Strong international recruiting experience
  • You are analytical, you like to play with data
  • You love social media and have developed great sourcing skills to target passive candidates
  • Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills
  • Can easily adapt to changing priorities
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, able to prioritise and organise
