We are looking for a motivated Project Manager (m/f/x) Business Development in Berlin to be part of our OA Team.

Tasks

  • You are responsible for managing a wide range of strategic projects that drive the growth of Oceansapart
  • You translate market and customer insights into strategic growth options and derive measures and activities
  • You act as an interface between our departments and take the lead in developing innovative approaches and business extensions
  • You identify requirements and improvement potentials in various departments and drive measures to address these
  • You work closely with our management team and independently prepare relevant reports
Requirements

  • You completed your Master’s/Diploma degree with above-average success and have professional experience in consulting and project management
  • You have a high level of strategic understanding and are very good at efficient, cooperative stakeholder management
  • You are results-oriented, think analytically and pragmatically at the same time and enjoy taking on challenges
  • You set high quality standards for your work and have a strong sense of responsibility
  • You are empathetic and can easily adapt to different characters
