Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the international implementation of projects centred around the creative chain in several types of media (digital assets, social media, packaging, print, and e-commerce).
• Continually building and maintaining strong and effective cooperation across departments.
• Make sure the work processes are executed.
• Help to coordinate the dedicated internal teams.
• Optimize the process, lead project committees, share information with the stakeholders on the progress of the project.
• Monitor the quality of developments and production, ensuring deadlines are met in compliance with budgets.
• Anticipating and detecting new needs/opportunities and managing the internal and cross functional processes.
• Support with reporting and quality check.
• Conceptualize and execute high-quality commercial and seasonal campaigns
• Oversee the execution of model, still life and video shoots, ensuring the imagery meets company objectives and helps strengthen the emotional bond with our customers and ensure our production is on time and deadlines are always met
• Support other team members with internal communication requests and admin work
• Support the approval and feedback process
• Contribute to and help shape the creative strategy and vision of the creative department

What You Bring

• Strong leadership, project management, and inspirational skills
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working as all-around Creative with proficient expertise in Design, Photography & Video Production.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at a senior level
• A proven track record of working with high profile clients
• Good listening, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Background in creative industries or experiences in leading creatives is a plus
• Great time management skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, a hands-on mentality, ability to lead projects
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate creative ideas
