Aufgaben
  • You develop and optimize BMS calibration with INCA, CANape to meet the requirements
  • You utilize modeling, simulation, analytical methods in calibration development
  • You document the calibration procedures
  • You organize, support and coordinate testing activities for validating the calibration
  • You analyze and report testing results
  • You flash the BMS Software/Datasets and debugging them
  • You are in exchange with intern and extern project members
  • you support vehicle, test bench, HiL testing
  • you take over business trips abroad

Anforderungen
  • You have a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering or mechanical engineering
  • You have professional experience in specification, integration and calibration of battery management systems (especially with MATLAB/Simulink, INCA, CANape, CDNG)
  • You have experience with tools/scripts for data evaluation and simulation (Uniplot, MDA, etc)
  • You have very good knowledge of high voltage and 48V batteries and the operation in the vehicle
  • You have knowledge of cell chemistry and aging mechanism is advantageous
  • You are very good in English and German skills as well as MS-Office experience
  • Your strengths include the ability to work in a team and independently, good communication skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
