We are "Procurement Pioneers". As the Procurement Excellence department, we are going new ways and always have an eye on the future of procurement. We support and challenge our global procurement community of over 150 colleagues. We learn and grow together in order to achieve the best results for Dr. Oetker in the future.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• As Project & Development Manager (m/f/d) in the Procurement Excellence team, you will work on the strategic development of the procurement organization with a focus on the continuous improvement of processes, tools and collaboration.
• Value creation is your mission. In the role of project lead, you are responsible for the initiation, planning and management of international, strategic projects.
• You support and advise other procurement colleagues with your strong process, analysis and methodological skills and always act as a competent partner. With great motivation and on an eye-to-eye level, you challenge our organization and procurement colleagues to break new ground and continuously improve.
• The preparation, guidance and implementation of internal workshops are also part of your tasks.
• The tracking of future trends and innovations in the field of procurement is a matter of course for you.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have a university degree and are a procurement professional with several years of practical experience in strategic purchasing, supply chain management, corporate strategy or management consulting.
• Your strengths include strategic and analytical thinking, a confident manner, a structured way of working and an "out-of-the-box" mentality.
• In addition to strong communication skills and flexibility, you bring a high degree of teamwork, intercultural competence and assertiveness.
• You are fluent in German and English and have profound knowledge of SAP and MS 365 applications. Your willingness to travel internationally completes your profile.
