Product Designer (f/m/d)

In cross-functional agile Teams, developers, designers and business-oriented experts contribute everything we need for professional industrial solutions. And by doing that, we’re building a new product-focused area for MHP.

The following tasks are waiting for you:

• You will translate processes into digital services and thus design products for MHP’s own product portfolio.
• You will work in agile and cross-functional teams in a product team. The team combines all competencies necessary for development (architecture, backend & frontend development, user experience design, cloud infrastructure, product owner, scrum master).
• You will develop wireframe prototypes, componentize elements, call design spikes and Design Thinking workshops.
• You will work with a broader designer team to ensure a consistent experience in your proposals to the product team.
• You will act as the central contact person for user experience and information architecture in the development team. And you are able to work with a design system.

To be prepared for your journey as a Product Designer, you should bring the following qualifications with you:

• Completed studies in Human-Computer Interaction and a minimum of 2years of working experience.
• Passion forcreating new digital products and extending customer value, which is represented by your portfolio
• Expertise in service design, research, storytelling, user experience design, interface and interaction design with an experienced approach of prototyping, design tools and methods (paper prototyping, Figma, Adobe)
• Your working methodischaracterized by high communication skills, a continuing process of education and the motivation to share and transfer your knowledge to the team.

Things to know before departure:

• Start:by arrangement - always at the beginning of a month
• Working hours:full-time (40h) and part-time (30h); 30 vacation days
• Employment contract:indefinite
• Line of work:product development
• Language skills:business fluent in English and fluent in German
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other:a valid work permit; if needed, we can apply for the work permit as part of our recruiting process. The process takes time and has an impact on the start date.
