We are looking for a highly motivated German-speaking Pre-Sales Consultant / Solution Architect (m/f/d) to support our team in the DACH and European market. In this role you’ll be an active member of the Sales team and be responsible for the technical aspects of our engagements with customers and prospects. You will actively drive the sales process through ensuring our solution functionally and technically wins out.In your first three months you will:
- Learn everything you can about our solution and how to sell it to clients from a value-based and technical perspective
- Shadow your peers and account executives on demo calls
- Engage in first opportunity calls with the support of our existing Sales Engineers
- Independently manage the technical and functional aspects of opportunities
- Help our prospects discover the benefits of Productsup and develop their understanding of the business value our platform delivers
- Continually develop a strategy on how to better position Productsup to our prospects in collaboration with the sales team
- 5+ years experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering and/or account management within the e-commerce and/or online advertising industry
- Ability to skillfully articulate business value and impact to customers by through discovery workshops, software demonstrations, PoC’s, RFI/RFP’s and technical sales presentations
- Extensive experience in value-based software (SaaS) selling
- Familiarity with the needs of enterprise customers integrating with a SaaS platform
- Feed management or marketplaces experience is nice to have
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, extra points for a major in Computer Science or engineering
- Prior experience in a startup environment, tech, or software company
- Excellent German language skills
