YOUR ROLE

A Project Management Office Specialist will take on a central role in continuous improvement, designing, and implementing all processes around PMO.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Conceptual design of project managerial processes
  • Create, update, and maintain uniform project structure plans
  • Data management with a focus on project planning and implementation
  • Administration of project information to support project teams and decision-making
  • Coordinate dependencies and time plans for projects, as well as schedule and follow up on appointments
  • Organize and participate in project meetings
  • Document the results and create evaluations
  • Document and follow up on decisions
  • Contribute to creating project standards, as well as their implementation

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree, commercial training, or equivalent qualification
  • 3-year professional experience in project management
  • Good knowledge of databases, MS Office applications, as well as relevant software, such as Confluence & Smartsheet
  • Knowledge of multi project management (coordinating and planning the project portfolio)
  • Solution-oriented and a good team player
  • Above-average autonomous and structured work approach
  • Excellent command of English in addition to German or Polish skills as well as communication skills
