YOUR ROLE
A Project Management Office Specialist will take on a central role in continuous improvement, designing, and implementing all processes around PMO.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Conceptual design of project managerial processes
- Create, update, and maintain uniform project structure plans
- Data management with a focus on project planning and implementation
- Administration of project information to support project teams and decision-making
- Coordinate dependencies and time plans for projects, as well as schedule and follow up on appointments
- Organize and participate in project meetings
- Document the results and create evaluations
- Document and follow up on decisions
- Contribute to creating project standards, as well as their implementation
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- A completed Bachelor’s degree, commercial training, or equivalent qualification
- 3-year professional experience in project management
- Good knowledge of databases, MS Office applications, as well as relevant software, such as Confluence & Smartsheet
- Knowledge of multi project management (coordinating and planning the project portfolio)
- Solution-oriented and a good team player
- Above-average autonomous and structured work approach
- Excellent command of English in addition to German or Polish skills as well as communication skills
